Staff blatantly rude-Recption staff will not pick up phones-I have spoken to people attending ,everyone agreeing this is an issue. Today I am inwell so unable to attend-cant get through to speak to someone but They're quick to send you a Breach Letter. Lazy Staff who have the luxury of reciceving a salary. Take a stand people-Stand up against Rudeness-Stand up and let the Respect be a two-way thing-How many of you turn up to appoinments on time and made wait(40 minutes in my case)
